Hours Keeper Pro - Timesheet, Tracking & Billing App Reviews

Great App!

Great way to log hours, like the ability to make adjustments after entering as well as being able to put notes on dates.

Great app but a little stale

This is a great app, but hasnt seen an update in awhile. It does pretty much everything I need as a contractor and casual employee. It would be great to be able to add notes to an open item on the fly to track what Im doing during that period. I cant seem to get the overtime over x hours to work, so end up having to add a different period at a different rate. It would also be nice to be able to get a list of non-invoiced entries across clients. These are all things Ive sent to the developer without any response at all.

Super Wicked Totally Awesome

This app is great, I have used the free version and then upgraded to the pro version and have used it on a regular basis for over a year. My only gripe is not being able to write a note while clocked in. You have to clock out to write a note or description of the work you are doing.

So helpful!

I love this app. Dont know how Id keep track of my work hours without it.

Used this app religiously. Until it crashed!

I used to love it and I guess I relied on it too much because now it has crashed and I cant open the app! Im too scared to delete it and lose all my data

Excellent iPhone App, Needs Watch App

This became my default hours tracking app years ago because of its simplicity and functionality, but it desperately needs an Apple Watch app to allow easy sign in and out functions without having to pull my phone out all the time.

Sorely disappointed

After the update this is a MAjOR disappointment. Most of the features no longer work.

Nice update!

Im wary about the app dropping Dropbox but so far everythings looking good.

Great tool!

Use it regularly. Does the job great! Keep updating

Crashes all the time

Software permanently crashes!!!! Impossible to track the workload. Requires reinstallation. Then one needs to redefine the rates for different customers --- HUGE waste of time!!!!

Bug

App is crashing after few second.

clear and neat

very easy and efficient interface

Great app

Work really well and its very easy to use

No badge icon

The badge icon no longer works for me. Need option to have client page display on start up. I too dont much like the new interface which feels too small to me. Ive otherwise really liked this app.

Why?

Please bring back the previous version as well as offer an alternative to Dropbox since thats no longer supported.

Wow! Ruined!

This was my go-to app for time keeping. I used to use it every day! This update crippled the app and rendered it useless!

No support

Have a problem and have sent to request for help. Its been over a week now no response. Program is useless in New York City area due to tax code restrictions.

User Beware: Support is MIA; App Needs Update!

I’ve used Hours Keeper Pro for almost 2 years, which functioned sufficiently for my needs, leaving me initially satisfied. However, the app is increasingly showing signs of age, with the most annoying issue being “Other Charges” line items are wiped out each and every time an invoice is edited (i.e., enter a payment), forcing the user to re-enter this info. This can be difficult and time consuming when multiple line items on multiple invoices exist. Worse, “Other Charges” is not included in the “Sub Total” figure (only “Total Amount”), nor does it appear as a separate line item in the summary section of the invoice, where “Sub Total,” “Overtime Pay,” “Discounts,” etc. are listed. This has led to clients inquiring why the “Sub Total” differs from the “Total Amount." Emails to support go unanswered, and as of today are returned as undeliverable. It’s a shame the developer has apparently abandoned this app, forcing me to look for an alternative.

Why eliminate Dropbox sync?

I object to you eliminating the Dropbox sync and back up. On the Parse site it says that "Parses hosted services will be fully retired on January 28, 2017." Do you have a plan for my data backup and syncing after that date? Why not keep Dropbox as an option? Its not going anywhere soon.
