Hours Keeper Pro - Timesheet, Tracking & Billing App Reviews

This update has made this app more difficult to use. The ability to edit start time without an end time was the only reason I paid for this app. It make no sense to remove features just to make it prettier.

This used to be the app I used every day for several years for my time tracking Now with this last update the new interface is terrible and unusable and they have destroyed the sync features so they can setup a paid subscription service. No thanks. If I wanted an app that was a paid subscription I would have used the 50 other apps doing the same thing that are better at it. I literally would pay more or deal with ads more than this update.

Please could you add an option, so that the reports at the end, reflect the invoice amounts? I use this app for my home business & sometimes I have to add charges & also discounts. When I check my totals @ the end of the month, I have to end up using a calculator to get an accurate total. Thank you so much!! **updated 4/18/16** Id still like to see the option for my reports to show my invoice totals instead of the totals before discounts.

Am I missing something? The app was clean, simple and easy to use. Theres no "clock in at" anymore, which helped me a ton, the buttons were easy to find at the bottom, now theres a drop down to find what you need. The badge doesnt show up when on home screen even though the settings are set for it. Unless youve got those coming back and this was just a hasty mid-step somewhere awesome, can we please have the old version back? Thanks. Love ya, mean it!

Really guys and gals did anyone think to really inspect the UI before pushing it out, it doesnt even fit on the screen. I guess they thinking everyone was going to go with the plus s size not.

I use this app every day. With the update I cant find any of the things I need, and my previous settings and entries are totally incomprehensible. On to the next time keeping app. Also, there are a ton of misspellings and misleading phrases--dont roll out an update if its not actually ready!

I really love this app, using it has made logging my hours at work so easy. But the new update has a huge problem. Its gotten rid of all my data and crashes within seconds. Im sure youve gotten other responses about this. Its a great app, so please, please, please make it work again!

i used to LOVE this app and would recommend it to everyone I know. Then update happen today and its terrible, extremely hard to navigate, just all-around not user-friendly anymore and Im not even sure ill be able to keep using it - so disappointing because i literally use this app every day and its hardly even recognizable from what it was before. everything is harder to read, takes more clicks and is visually less understandable. also why did they take away "clock in at" and "clock out at" which made it very easy to keep track of time if i forgot to clock in or out at the actual time i was working. now i have to go in deeper and edit the entry which takes way more time and clicks. i have no idea why they would make these changes and im hoping there is a way to go back to the old version.

I love it! This app has really made my time keeping a breeze. I couldnt do without this app.. A must have. I have multiple people working a project at any given time, and I can easily account for their time and in a few key strokes have an invoice for them!! I love this app!

I have all my clocked hours on here and as soon as the update came out...all my information is erased and every time I tap anything from the home screen it shuts down the app. And theres no app support!!! I am getting a refund and reporting to Apple. I am an independent contractor and have lost a significant amount of data!! So upset!

Seems to have auto backup now! Works great.

Just getting started trying to keep track of my hours more granularly. This is working out well so far, still trying to find my way. Will come back after a month or so with a more complete eval.

I’ll joint the other reviews and say that the new update is missing features that were previously there. Where is the clock in at & clock out at?

What happened? This used to be a great app. It doesnt deserve even 1 star now. I cant even use it because its crashes all the time. They took my money to have the app - wish I could charge them for the time it is taking to deal with this upgrade. Unbelievable!!! Buyer beware.

Why? Why? Gosh this was such a good app even payed for it but now its terrible. Im very disappointed in the app now it just wouldnt do simple stuff I need and navigating through app is not smooth as it was before. Will surely be deleting this soon if I dont see any improvements

My Hours keeper app updated and now it crashes whenever it opens. I use this every day, please tell me I havent lost all of my hours and data that I have stored in it. I need to be able to access the data asap.

3.3 update turned a good tool into a failure. I have lost access to thousands of dollars of billing support. Had referred clients to application they are having problems also. If problems are resolved I will change this review.

I really love this app I recommend to everyone actually this is the one to email to my boss my time card but this update really didnt like cuz its not way to clock in custom all the time really forget to clock in and one im at work its not time to clock in at the time when I started so bad this update

I agree with the many reviews below. I used the old version everyday, but really hate the new version. Searching for a replacement.
