No more missed billing hours!

The update was good but it took a bit to figure a couple things out I had this app for awhile, its good. What annoys me is when tech support emails dont get returned, this is just me. I figured the problem out myself. So dont get me wrong it works and usually i find that poking around can find a fix or work around, but I like it when I get a reply, and I didnt. I would like to see a couple changes, and know there is someone at tech support before I give it a full 5 stars. I think that I may want to do more than it does but it does work and it works the way it should. Thats important. So if you want to track time on projects or use it for billing projects its great and I recommend it.

The old version of this app was beautiful. Worked perfectly and did almost everything you wanted. They updated and it has become garbage. It doesnt sum the first or last day of a month in the reports, if you go back and forth between periods in reports it always changes the values (hours and amount), it is a painful interface, the outstanding invoices doesnt even have a sum. I wish they would restore the old version. I thought maybe I had installed it poorly and backed up, then reinstalled. I have all the same problems and it lost all my data. They dont even list this app on the developer website or support it! Absolute garbage.

Im happing with the App but it still needs a logging feature to store old invoices.

This became my default hours tracking app years ago because of its simplicity and functionality, but it desperately needs an Apple Watch app to allow easy sign in and out functions without having to pull my phone out all the time. Also, after the big redesign, the app opens to the dashboard and there is no intuitive way to start a clock without going through a number of menus. If there are no clocks running, the app should open to the clients page so you can start a clock right away.

Helps me keep track of my busy life and many jobs!

I used the free version of Hours Keeper for a few weeks and thought it was cool. I decided to buy the Pro version to access more functions. However, I found out that the paid version is exactly the same as the free one. What is this?

This app need to work on the export. When I look at a week, I should be able to export my week instead of having to choose the days manually in the export section. Thanks!

This app works great for what I need. I like that I can print and email an invoice. Clock in at ... is also a very nice feature. Great app!

I use this as a time calculator rather than a billing app. As a shift worker the hours differential is hard to work out. I use multiple clients to work out what is owed so I do not bother to invoice through this app. However working out the timing is good.

The new version is TERRIBLE! Used to love this app, now its worthless.

I agree with the many reviews below. I used the old version everyday, but really hate the new version. Found an app that does what I need: Workbox.

Have had the app for two years, it seems to be working..first time it crashed found out it hadnt been backed up. Purchased the better version. Backed it up. Suddenly disappears, lose everything. Contact support, no response..AND I had to purchase again!! Worked ok the next round and boom! Disappears again last night and all of my info on back up gone too. This time it doesnt recognize my email again, like I need to start over, again! What a horrible, horrible product you have!!

I enjoy using this app for work each day. Its got a lot of great features that I enjoy using. Some people have complained and said its not worth buying but I havent had any problems with it and totally think its worth it to get.

1. Most importantly the badge no longer shows. This is a big deal. More times than I can explain Ive used this as a reminder to turn off the clock. Please bring this back

A very useful app is turn into a nightmare. Before update, it was so simple to use. Now I have to toggle back and forth between the switchboard and clients to clock in or out. Could not leave it alone, could you? In addition, the app simply disappeared from my phone and had to re-download. All the info missing. Had to create all clients again. What a nightmare.

The updated version is terrible.

Does not calculate up hours correctly. Cost me hundreds of dollars before I realized the app was faulty.

A lot of us have other jobs or even maybe a contractor and this app is great for that but..... the only downside is there really isnt an option to clock in to monitor your hours lets say at a job site but only add the rate for that day instead of it multiplying is by the rate per hour. If they would add option to add recurring job but no matter what you have to enter the job or sign in every time This thing would be perfect if you could add a client and an exact rate no matter how long your hours are . Currently if you have lets say $100.00 as the rate and you have 5 hours it says you made $500 . The only way I know how to make it calculate $100 for 5 hours of work at a rate of 100.00 rate/hr is if you select only one hour of work. If they could fix it so that contractors/employees could select a rate per day ... For example set up a client with a rate of $100 and still keep track of the hours at the job site then this would be a perfect app or at least for me with several jobs and different pay rates per day. I only gave it four stars because its missing that one big thing. I can still use it but theres just more effort involved otherwise this would get 5 out of 5 stars ! I doubt Im the only one that would like to see a change like this.
