Charged me twice

I upgraded to the pro and then I upgraded to the pro...paid twice and I cannot even e-mail to the company....very upset...liked the previous version..now I spent twice and am not even using the app...I guess they win and I lose...buyer beware!!!

No good anymore

Loved app before update now hate it. You idiots screwed up a great app. Two thumbs down

Liked the old version better!!

Very difficult to navigate now. Also why did the pay period function go away. I used to be able to see my hours worked and pay for each pay period all on one screen. Very disappointed.

Terrible Update

App worked perfectly before most recent update. Now does not accurately keep reports and difficult to navigate. Please fix....by going back to the previous version

Great App. Heres a few suggestions.

Love this app. Best app for tracking my hours on various projects with various clients. I do however miss the "clock in at" feature and would love the ability to assign a foreign currency to a client. Thanks team. I do also agree that the older UI was more intuitive.

Love it!

Makes my life so much easier to keep track of my invoicing!

Help!

This update is horrible! I cant open the app, it keeps crashing, and theres several months worth of data in there that I cannot lose!!!! Please fix ASAP!

Fix it

This update is a disaster. The reports are not adding up correctly, there are 8 days in a week, the app seems to be continually running in the background. I would highly recommend current users dont update. I only updated because I thought two versions ago was better, and hoped they brought some of those features back. Online backup and sharing across apps is a good idea, but the rest awful... Going to start transition to hours tracker, but hopefully this is fixed very quickly!!!

Update is terrible

Loved the old version. The update is missing some good features from the old version. Update is also more complicated

Update is well done

This update brings through some great improvements I personally like the UI changes. Prior visual bugs have been fixed, the upgrade was smooth, no loss of data. I have no complaints at this time. 04/21/16

iPad = A, iPhone = D

The iPad version is gorgeous; a much needed update to the UI. It has everything you need and takes the minimum amount of tapping to get to them - I especially like that the main categories are now at the top left. The "clock in at" feature is right below the clock in button on the client page. The only UI part I dislike is the font and color choice for the dollar amounts. Its too narrow and light which makes it difficult to read. It would be better in green and a more legible font. I wont even get started on the iPhone version. I hate it so much that I deleted it. Just so much menu searching and tapping to perform simple tasks. I also cant seem to find all the features. Maybe theyre hidden away. Maybe they were removed. Who knows? Thankfully the iPad version is lovely. Ill continue to use this app to track my hours.

Version 3.4, An unmitigated disaster

1.) Next to "Clock in" and "Clock out," there used to be buttons called "Clock in at" and "Clock out at." This was invaluable because many times I wouldnt remember to clock in at the exact moment I needed to and this feature allowed me to enter the exact clock-in time when it was fresh in my mind and easy to remember. Now, I have to clock in and clock out and then go back and fix the times with an extra step after Ive forgotten the exact time. The removal of this feature is unconscionable. 2.) The fonts used throughout the app are now ridiculously small or they are in a typeface or color that is difficult to read. Before the big update, they used to be legible with a quick glance. Now, they require me to stop, focus in and squint in order to see them. 3.) The app launches to the "dashboard," the least useful screen in the app. To clock in, I must select the upper left menu, then "clients," then the client I want, and _finally_ "clock in." Thats four clicks EVERY time I want to do something. Dear developer: please put away your pride and give us the old version back. This is a disaster.

Fix it !!! Hurry!!!

Was a very useful app. After update it will not even start a client list.

Ms

Was perfect but with the new update it keeps crashing

No support, update ruined it.

Why did they take away the option to clock in/out at a specific time!!?!? Why cant I email support?!?? Wish I never wouldve paid for the old premium! I would recommend looking elsewhere for a time managing app.

Faux boi

Used to be good. Newest version is crap.

Great app for tacking hours

Wasnt happy when a feature was dropped on the last update, I must not have been the only one who missed it because about a week later the feature is back in a point update YAAAYYYYYY!!!!! App is great for tracking hours and makes it very easy for me to do timesheets. Keep up the good work devs.

Trying...still frustrated

Update destroyed your APP.... Change it back before you lose all of your followers!!

Used to be great. Now its trash.

I loved this application until the April 2016 redesign. The "dashboard" as the only default screen is not useful and just adds necessary clicks. There is no longer an option to have the dot notification to show that an assignment is clocked in, and it isnt possible to clock in starting at a different time than the current moment. The redesign is terrible.

Lost It’s Functionality

The last two updates have destroyed what used to be a lifesaver of an app. I’ve used the app for over a year and have loved it, using it every day and recommending it to other freelancers. Now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone-- even if it were free! While the interface of the app has mostly remained the same, the new report diagram colors and fonts have made it awfully unappealing and difficult to use. Different shades of blue makes it harder to differentiate between clients. Bring back the rainbow of colors to make it easier to look at in a glance. But what has been the biggest issue of all is that the update has replaced the clients name under the day widget with the hours logged. Now I have to spend an ungodly amount of time searching through dozens of clients to see who logged those times. The old function of clicking on a client and seeing the hours spent with them is much more practical.
